How can one use GIS-based techniques for site suitability analysis of Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS)?

In an area or region where there are inadequate Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS), how can one use GIS based techniques such as Multi - Criteria Decision modelling to analyze site suitability for the establishment of more CORS within the region so as to achieve optimal CORS network coverage? Thank you.

First, you should identify what factors should be considered for the site location (ex: elevation, meteorological factors, etc.) then use AHP method and take the weights for factors. then using weighted overlay and identify the suitable location for the site
