Depends what the particles are and what the organisms are. If they are bacteria or other lines (e.g. yeasts) used in protein expression, you can use probably use any cell disruption technique in combination with solvents or detergents to remove the organic matter from your particles. Then centrifugation (maybe a few steps at some different speeds) would probably separate them out. If they are magnetic, you could use a magnet in place of the centrifuge. You need to provide more detail in your question so that people can help.

Johanna Galloway @I am using bacterial synthesis. Probably be synthesized in Internal bacteria., I would like to bacterial lysis and then centrifuged to do,But I do not know how.
