Does anybody have an idea about how consensus algorithm could be applied for such a system?

x_dot(t) = f ( x(t) , u(t) , u_dot(t) , t )

Usually for nonlinear consensus approaches, we do not see the input as a nonlinear term in the system. If anyone has an idea or a reference of previous similar works, that would be very helpful and appreciated.
