One of the peer-review approaches suggested by some journals is the double-blind review approach. As the reviewer does not see the name of the authors and they remain anonymous. 

What do you think about this approach? Do you think it is not better to know who has done the research that you are reviewing and where? Do you think it is not important to know about the research background of the authors?
