Some approaches that can be used in order to improve the ESP and EFL education for military cadets in complex glibal operation are the following :
1. Demanding scenario based Field Training Exercises (FTX) in a controlled environment.
2. Demanding scenario based Simulation Training Exercises (STX).
3. NATO terminology education.
4. Watcing military documentaries/movies.
5. Exchange trips (military Erasmus) in foreign countries.
