Hello everyone,
I submitted a research article and a new manuscript for consideration for publication in a Journal (Q1 and IF=3.9) about 20 days ago.
It was mentioned in the last step of submission, "You will receive a message from Electronic Manuscript Upload System through the corresponding email: **********. If you do not receive a confirmation in a day or two, please contact us at **********". We did not receive any submission confirmation. My supervisor sent an email to *********** 17 days ago, and we have asked for information on the status of the submission of our manuscript, but we did not get any reply from ***********.
We have sent several emails to the editor-in-chief of the journal, but we did not get any reply.
Did they receive the article at all?
I want to withdraw my manuscript, but when they will not reply to our emails; how can I do this work?
Would you please help me?

You just write an email to withdraw the paper. It sounds dodgy that they say you should receive a confirmation email in a day or two; an automatic reply should come through immediately

This may have happened for several reasons . Usually journals have different editors, i suggest u send an email to another editors of journal and explain the matter .
