I need a detailed procedure for verification of a calibrated centrifuge.
Document provided by @Valery is very detailed indeed - but for conducting a calibration - not verifying it. The simplest / cheapest way to verify calibration at particular RPM would be a purchase of calibrated oscillator giving TTL signal at output. By triggering a strobe with this signal you can obtain a very stable calibration verification tool for single RPM.
you should verify time by calibrated stop watch and certified person , and for the speed there special small apparatus (Tachometer)

Noman, the link doesn't work, would you give us some other link or document? I am also having problems with an old centrifuge, I have no idea if it reaches the required RPM.
Attach a small piece of reflective tape (white) onto the top surface of the centrifuge chamber (in between two consecutive tube slots). Close the chamber. There should be a viewing port on top of the lid. Aim a (laser) tachometer through the view port and onto where the tape is. Start the centrifuge at a prescribed RPM speed. At settling speed, measure the real RPM speed through the reading on the tachometer. The reflective tap should be able to be adequate for a good reflection back to the tachometer on each period cycle. This will give you an accurate RPM. Compare the reading on the tachometer to the speed setting on the centrifuge. Adjust as needed with a qualified maintenance shop. There may also be instructions on how to change the calibration on the centrifuge through the manufacturer's documentation or with their assistance. Note that this is a "speed calibration" only. There are other types of calibrations for centrifuges such as timer, temperature, and serum anti-gen tests where prescribed solutions are put in tubes, centrifuged and then observations are taken and compared to standardized results. To test the timer on the centrifuge simply get a stopwatch and set the timer to a prescribed amount of time. Start the stopwatch at the same time that you start the centrifuge set for that time. Stop the stopwatch when the centrifuge disengages the motor. Compare the stopwatch time with the timer setting on the centrifuge. Adjust the timer as necessary through a maintenance shop or by machine instructions, if possible. To test temperature, use a temperature probe (a temperature meter or multi-meter that can measure temperatures with a thermocouple) to test for temperature of an ethyl glycerol solution after centrifugation. Compare the temperature of the solution after centrifugation to the setting prescribed temperature. Adjust appropriately through maintenance shop or instructions on machine, if possible.
