As far as I know, the SRIM code only provides you with the information of the energy loss in the medium in displacement/ionization events. You cannot extract any information regarding the type of the defects directly from there. For that purpose, I guess you should perform an energy band calculation with some "ab initio" model or molecular dynamics.
