INR is one of the variable of my interest and it have missing observations. To address this I imputed this missing values using MI in stata. Then when I go back to see my data, the number of observations is multiplied like, if I entered data of 10 patients, after MI it will be more than 10 observations....so can you people help me how to address this issue? Additionally if you can help me in how to use the MI data in the analysis?
The principle behind the impute of missing values using MI in stata is not clear.
The missing observations, as I know, are to be estimated by the method(s) available in numerical analysis. This will yield better value of missing observations.
