If you are using CST studio, there is a great option to explore your design into ADS.
You can use CST MWS to extract the spice model, then you can import this file into ADS for further simulation

I think you have the simulation structure ready and you want to drive the equivalent circuit model with similar S11, right?
You want to represent the structure in mathematical model. You have to consider resonance frequency equation. Then, you will obtain the values of RLC. You can make sure these values are correct by using ADS.
In reality, It is difficult to extract RLC values in HFSS. But there are some standards for such calculations. You can follow the following paper.

The equivalent circuit can not be realized from the results obtained from HFSS or CST.
The circuit needs to be modelled by the combination of R, L, C and G.
Then use the reference S-parameters obtained in the HFSS or CST to get same response from the circuit.
