To understand the results of Taguchi Orthogonal Array (OA) and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), read articles in the area of process parameter optimization and some textbooks. Once, you have understood the basic concepts, you can optimize the CNC lathe machine process parameters. Here I have attached some articles that have been done on the Taguchi and ANOVA method. Also, refer to the textbook.

To understanding the Taguchi Orthogonal Array results you should check the mean effect plots to find the optimum results. And for ANOVA results you should check the F-value and P-value and etc.

The results behind the Taguchi method make it possible to determine the optimal values (select levels). Whereas Anova allow you to determine the contribution of each variable to the response parameter.
