I believe you need to elaborate. There are generic tools and you will get generic answers (that is, not specific to UML or NLP), but I doubt that is what you want. For example, what standards are followed for UML or NLP, if any?

clarification :

xml as an output of an NLP engine (like stanford nlp),

xmi as an input of a UML tool (like staruml).
