How can i transform data to normal distribution (normality)?

I ran Shapiro-wilk test on my data. After finding the p-value (Not normal) tried transforming the data using the log10, log, square root transformation. But no luck as the p-value doesn't seem to accept the null hypothesis.

Is there any other way to reach normality?

All of my analysis was done in R.
