Thanks for sharing my pain :-) I dream about an opportunity to write down words, (getting the plain text automatically) and to make specific notations by hand.
Suggest you look into the LiveScribe pen. You can take notes that are linked to the audio recording at the same time. If you figure out codes in advance for body movement, sarcasm, deep sighs etc. You can easily inject the code on your paper at that point in the interview. Hi Emilia. There are not such tool :(. Instead you can try to "dictate" your audio recordings using a software like Dragon or Mac speech to text. You can do that while you listen your recordings using head-phones. Doing that can help you to gain time. Best regards.
