Hi everyone,

I am currently tracking the cell movement on 2D using the Manual Tracking ImageJ plugin.

I know there are tons of different applications or approaches to track cells. But I decided to use it for some reason.

There are some issues while tracking cell movements but the most is tracking divided cells.

The only way I know is that start another tracking for divided cells.

For example, If "A" cell is dividing into "B" and "C" while I am tracking "A". I keep tracking "B" by the end of the video, then start another tracking for "C" at the time of dividing.

Is there any other way of tracking dividing cells when you use Manual Tracking?
