How can I test my DREADD virus and CNO conc.?

I want to use DREADD system to manipulate the activity of neural circuits in mPFC in mice and apply this technique in social behavior in mice. I want to test the inhibitory DREADD virus. (Hm4Di virus) and also test the concentration of CNO and waiting time and so on. Could you tell me simple behavior to test these parameters before start my experiment?
