I want to do HPLC analysis of fermented sample.For which,I will need to store the sample for 2/3 days.I want to know which can be the proper method for its storage so that there is no loss of organic acids from it.The fermented sample is organic waste and the species used for solid state fermentation was Aspergillus niger.The organic acids which I want to analyse are malic acid,citric acid,gluconic acid,oxalic acid.
