hello everyone,
I have prepared lysosomal enriched fractions yesterday and I want to do a western blot on these next week. My proteins of interest are LAMP1, TIM23 and Calnexin.
Should I let the fraction at 4 or is it okay to freeze it at -20 ?

thanks to everyone who answered I will try to freeze the fractions at -80 °C and will check by Western blot if it is as efficient as when freshly extracted
