How can I stabilize Electroless Ni Bath solution?

The solution I prepared is not stabilizing. The depositing process is happening instantaneous. After a couple of seconds, free nickels in solution just precipitates. Any idea about preventing this from happening? (I am using complexing and stabilizing agents) Thanks in advance.
