It looks like your fill operation was too aggressive in removing sinks. Set the z-limit to something appropriate to the precision of your DEM (e.g. 1 m). The goal is just to smooth out data errors and minor distractions, but if there's no limit imposed, it will wipe out the terrain in any basin in you DEM.

The attached image is an example of Utah with a 1 meter z-limit (left) and with no limit applied (right), so that the fill tool has erased most terrain within Pleistocene Lake Bonneville.

This problem may be related to your DEM’s coordinate system. DEMs are usually provided in a geographic coordinate system (versus a projected coordinate system). Projecting the DEM and converting coordinates from Geographic to UTM may be useful.

I produced my DEM map by downloading mosaic DEMs from USGS (30 meters resolution) and connecting together by " Mosaic to new raster" tool.

I examined the fill map by (z-limit=1m) and (z-limit=30m) but software couldn't make it and showed me error.

I wasn't able to duplicate this is ArcGIS 10.7 (even when I tried strange inputs like using the text string '1 m', it just defaulted back to no z-limit), but error 10067 suggests that maybe the fill tool is expecting the inputs to match in type. If the DEM has float values, try 1.0 as the z-limit. Seems like a stretch, but that's all I've got.

Also, if you aren't already, try creating a geodatabase, and making sure the inputs and outputs are all in the geodatabase.

I will try the other ways to find the solution of errors
