I modeled a simple tensile test using cohesive element.
I had no experimental data for cohesive element and so I used values for Stiffness, Traction and Fracture energy randomly.
But result was that cohesive element was not deformed and job was stopped
Please see my attaced INP file and let me know how to solve this problem.

Based on my experience, the most probable reason is using random values for parameters you mentioned. Just review the literature for some legit values of your material.
Or maybe your mesh is not fine enough, try iterative mesh refinement to see if it helps and make sure your model is not under-defined.

The job stops because an error saying that TIME INCREMENT REQUIRED IS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM SPECIFIED. Try decreasing the min time increment to 1e-50
As farzad says, try review values of material like the fracture energy of CZ, it seems too big preventing CZ elements to deform
Do not use the random value in abaqus input unless you know the value range. Try to read Abaqus Documentation. You will find the proper formula to be inputted in material properties.
