How can I solve the error "file.tdr" is not a mixed element geometry?

Hi,

I am trying to simulate a double-gate MOSFET structure. When I ran the simulation it stopped showing an error "file.tdr is not a mixed element geometry". I tried different meshing combinations but faced the same error. I have attached the image of the meshing.
