I am new in simulation with NS2, and I would like to simulate VANET networks in order to modify AODV routing protocols. Actually I would like to implement some attacks in VANET with NS2. How can I set the mobility of VANET in NS2?
Do I need VANET MOBISIM or SUMO or MOVE?

You need just ns-2 (or ns-3), but I suggest to use SUMO or VanetMobiSim to define more realistic vehicular envirnoment.
If you follow this link, you will find ns-2 simulations with already defined realistic mobility patterns. They use OLSR, you have to change this parameter to AODV and that's it.

you can simulate VANET with NS-2 and 80211.p and sumo and move module.
I would suggest you try NETSIM for VANET simulations. It is a simple tool but quite powerful in its features
