Based on my knowledge, using the DIgSILENT you can consider the voltage dependency of the loads to powers P and Q with 2 or 3 factor (with a 2nd or 3rd order relationship). To do that you should define the proper type for each load and proper Factors for them in the Load Flow tab. After that you have to select the "Consider Voltage Dependency of Loads" in the Load Options panel in Basic Option tap of the Load Flow Calculation. The last issue is to get the report of the voltage dependency and you should know about the parameters and the way of extract them in the DIgSILENT (Flexible Data and etc.).
