I have several factors like temperature, humidity, radiation and natural ventilation (wind speed) that affect thermal comfort in my CFD model. Now, I need the thermal comfort results (PMV) for my office model in Ansys Fluent. I don't know how to use the abovementioned factors to get it.

I would advise to start off with familiarizing yourself with the PMV model and what are inputs required to find a predicted mean vote. The ASHRAE Standard 55 should be a good point to start and they even provide the required codes
PMV is a function of the following quantities:
air temperature - you should have this from the CFD simulation
humidity - also possible to have, you may have to make a choice as to if you want a fixed humidity value or due you want to also invoke species balance because of the humidity sources - human beings being a source as well
air velocity - the simulation should provide this
mean radiant temperature - again, the simulation should be able to provide this
clothing resistance of the person - you need to assume a value for this
activity level of the person - you need to assume this as well. The assumption could impact your geometry
An important point to remember, PMV is a steady state prediction model, do not expect it to provide dynamic points of comfort.
Second, PMV, by definition, is an average feeling for a group of people. So, do not try to calculate an individual's PMV
