Dip it in xylene solvent and if possible apply heat to 50 degreeC. The swelling of rubber will loosen the bond. With little mechanical force the rubber can be separated. In case 50 degree C is not enough, heat to higher temperature (120C)

No. You have to check and if not loosened enough you continue for 15,30,60 min until there is sufficient swelling. If you do not want to check and continue. Keep it for 1h and hopefully you will be able to separate.
