ipatropium is used as an anti-asthma drug, what is the target of action of ipatropium and how does the mechanism

Good afternoon,

This is a bronchodilator by an anticholinergic mechanism. It is a short acting antimuscarinic medication.

It acts better in COPD than bronchial asthma.
