by centrifuge the suspension I am losing quite large amount of the particles being stuck to the wall of the tubes, and there is no way to wash them out. I am considering adding a surfactant (SLS, PVP, Tween) or mixing with immiscible solvent before centrifuge, are they useful options?
Study the nature of the surface of your nanoparticles. Then, choose a tube that can repel your particles so it does not stick to the tube walls. Yes, coating the tube walls could work but you will introduce a possible contaminant to your NP. So, I think changing your tube based on the surface characteristics of your NP would be the better choice.
I normally use IPA or ethanol solvents to wash and separate the metal particles such as AgNPs.
Upon receipt of the nano particles, there is always their loss. If the ampoule is removed from the centrifuge, process it with nanoparticles in an ultrasonic field. Try to rinse with another solvent as you are recommended. It is undesirable to add other surfactants, since nanoparticles must be washed from them.

if the nanoparticles affected by magnetic field you can use magnetic plate to separate the nanoparticles from its suspension.
