Dears,
kindly i need to separate five compound in a mixture using single HPLC method but some of them are soluble in water and `others sparingly or insoluble in water.

1-The five compounds must be compatible with each other's without any interference.
2-The five compounds must be soluble in the mobile phase.
3-There must be some differences among their retention times.
