The polymer i'm fabricating will be used to make a delivery system, so it must be separated from the monomers right ?
i tried to use solvent antisolvent method but the polymer is only soluble in acetone and the monomers are soluble is things that also dissolve the polymer
the monomers are dissolved in ethyl acetate, can it be used as an antisolvent ?
lastly the polymer soften by heat, can i use soxhlet extraction in purification ? And will Gel permeation chromatography be suitable with a sticky polymer ?

Dear Mariam Hesham El Sawy, without knowing the polymer it is difficult to guess the best option. Water Works well for precipitation from acetone. Soxhlet works well if the polymer is not heat sensitive. Chromatography also may works but with appreciable loss of the polymer mainly bacause as you said 'sticky'. I think the best option in this situation is membrane dialysis if you have an idea about the molecular weight. My Regards
