How can I select a value to get best results using ANFIS?

Which method can i use to change value for each (mean , sigma) parameters for gaussian membership function using ANFIS? for example, I used this code but still I have a bad results and I don'r know the rule to follow, I used 5mf, 3 i/p , 2parameters.
