You can use surface of cell flagging functionality (MCNP 6 manual 3.3.5.12 - 3.3.5.13).

these command score photon at surface 10

you can use f4 for scoring particle in cell 10 as follow

Cell type tallies are number 4 tallies, so the number of the tally should be 04, 14, xx4, etc..

The question was, how to separately score scattered particles. That is where cell or surface flagging (case dependent) is one of the options.
