Please see the attached document, The current study is using Model A, I need to find the direct effects of each variables on Y. Same model will be used to assess the mediation of the two mediators (M1 and M2). My question is that, should I run SEM with model A or Model B to find the direct effect?. This is because with Model A, X is found to be insignificant, but with model B, X is found to be significant.

You should run your model employing all variables and paths. Whatever the results are, simply report them.
