I applied 10 µL of very concentrated solution of solifenacin in silica plate (concentration: 100 mg/mL) and a white tailing is formed when I reveal the plate with iodine, but I need see a spot that is formed in this tail. How can I resolve this problem?
In order to reduce the tailing (hence improve resolution) you could:
-dilute the sample solution, so you apply less analyte onto the plate
-add a volatile base to the mobile phase (eg triethylamine). Thoroughly dry your plate (heat and/or vacuum) after running and before developing in iodine!

You run your compound in ethyl acetate and methanol (7:3, v/v) mobile phase you will get your compound solifenacin at 0.3 RF
Use HPTLC aluminum plates pre-coated with silica gel 60F254 (10 cm X 10 cm) from Merck
Your compound wavelength is 220 so you scan it by HPTLC scanner you will get good peak.
I think your applied concentration is more reduce it to 10 times and check it. be sure you have pure compound.
