How can I rename the Hofstede national dimensions?

When I did my Exploratory Factor Analysis on Hofstede national culture model, the Masculinity Index and Individualism Index came in one factor. Also, Monumentalism Index and Indulgence vs. restraint Index came in one factor as well. What name would you suggest to give these two factors? (MAS and IDV) as one factor, (MON and IVR) as one factor? Thank you in advance.
