I work with biogenic silver nanoparticles and I am interested in studying the protein capping. Could anyone please explain me how can I remove the nanoparticles protein capping? Could anyone recommend me a paper or a protocol? Thank you very much.
You want to remove the surface capping agents like amino acids????
Hi Mariana,
Why do you consider the silver nanoparticles are biogenic? Which is the biomass containing or producing the silver nanoparticles?
Hi,
If the nanoparticles are coated with certain proteins you can use SDS-PAGE for separating.
I performed assays in microplates for the first time to determine enzymatic activity, but I made a mistake with the reading. The recommended wavelenght for the assay is 550 nm. I used an ELISA...
