Dear all, I have tried to cultivate Haematococcus pluvalis in18 Litre container with culture medium 11. After a few days, the biomass increased rapidly, but some pale brown substance is floating on the surface due to bacterial growth during cultivation.

You mean like scratching the surface? Try with some filter maybe? like a 0.5microliter one?
You might try to increase the ph of the culture medium to 9-10 8at least for some time).
you can try serial sub culturing on agar plates and pickup individual colony form the plates, spread on fresh plate. may be you used this method...
you can try also a few washes with the same medium using centrifugation at 2000 RPM for 45 - 90 seg. after this the pellet can be resuspended im 1 mL and put it in agar plates and/or liquid medium (1mL inoculum for 9 mL medium). If this dont work you can try the antibiotics.

You are talking about 18 L cultivation, so I think you cannot use filters or pickup colonies, cause it is not your purpose, and you don't want to use antibiotics (I agree). Gerk proposal could be the best in my opinion. Remember that to avoid bacterial contamination is almost impossible, but you can do it indirectly: bacteria feed on dead Haematococcus, so mantain it alive ;)
Regular harvesting a part of culture and addition of fresh medium and keeping the culture always dividing and healthy is the only method the minimize bacterial density raising
