The diameter of PCL nanofiber which I produced is about 1.5 um. I want to produce nanofiber of 50-300 nm diameter. Could you have any recommendation?
Dear Betül Topçu, the easiest way is to reduce a litle the viscosity (reduce PCL concentration), other parameters also may be varied to reach the same goal. May be you are using high MW PCL. More details in the following documents. My Regards
