There are two components in my blend using a twin screw extruder and I am carrying out orientation for reinforced material but, a problem occurs when I implement an injection or hot press for melting two components of blend after extrusion process, I guess the oriented polymer layer might be deterioration, is it possible or not? How can I overcome this problem? İs there any method about selective melting ?

If you are not sure whether the polymers extruded are still oriented or not, you can always use SEM imaging to detect the morphology of your polymers. SEM can provide you with the direct knowledge about your polymers' orientation and blending. You can also take an EDS/EDX right integrated into SEM to get the atomic information about the sample you are viewing. That way you can acknowledge which polymers are you actually viewing in a sampling part of the SEM display.
Extrusion of a reinforced polymer should give orientation of the filler depending on filler aspect ratio, length of die and laminar flow within the die. After extrusion, forming the composite in a heated press should maintain the orientation since this is a relatively static process with some lateral spreading. Injection moulding will remix and randomise the composite. Orientation will depend upon flow pathways within the mould. Some plate moulds produce laminar flow and will create orientation, other moulds, depending on shape and inlet design will give morphologies ranging from random to oriented across the moulded article.
Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) using a two-dimensional detector can measure orientation as angular dependant intensity patterns.
