Hy, i'd like to quantify isocyanate in ambient air with HPLC /UV, as suggested in NIOSH method 5551, after extraction from sampling tube containing an inert support impregnated with metossifenilpiperazina.
Unfortunately ,it is not so clear the extraction step of isocyanates from inert support, so i'd like to ask you the following questions:
is it possible to add the extraction solution to sampling tube and collect the eluate? And what is the extract solution?
