Dear Imran ; you need to purification your product .first check the TLC , then decide whether you you can make CC or extraction , or precipation methods .
Without knowing the structure, it is hard.... is chromatography an option? you have to consider that many compounds are NOT crystaline, or if they are, you might spend the next 6 month trying! good luck
If the structure contains any free acid or amine group, one can Purify by acid base work up.
I try use reverse fase c60 ! in system with methanol e water as solvent first water and after water and methanol 1:1 ! hugs
