After the heating process up to 1000 degrees or higher temperatures, my reference cell sticks to holder below. During the cleaning process of these cells I use isopropyl, acetone or distilled water. As you know, thermocouple is a very sensitive part of the machine and I have to clean my cells with ultrasonic sound to separate cell from the holder. My question is: What causes this when there is no sample in my reference cell?

To prevent such sticking, some manufacturers recommend the application of a very thin layer of alpha-Al2O3 (alumina) between the sample crucible and sample holder (especially when using Pt crucible and Pt holder). Since the thermal contact between the sample and thermocouple is slightly restricted by the layer of alumina, lower heating rates are then recommended.
Sorry for digging up an old question. We just experienced this as well with our PerkinElmer TGA. Our sensor ended up breaking apart, with its top part (I think platinum) sticking to the bottom of the crucible (alumina) and separating from the sensor stem. The service engineer is also recommending using alumina powder to prevent this adhesion.
Do you know what could possibly cause the pan to stick to the sensor aside from having a dirty bottom (which is unlikely in our case)?
