It would be used 12.5 ul with 15 ul of 20% tween (sterilized) after mixing. It would remain 0.02% after mixing. 

You may see the detailes protocol in our article "Synthesis of new generation triazolyl- and isoxazolyl-containing 6-nitro-2,3- dihydroimidazooxazoles as anti-TB agents: in vitro, structure–activity relationship, pharmacokinetics and in vivo evaluation" by Gurnadham Munagla et al., 2015 published in OBC. 

Working protocol is for M. tuberculosis not for other organisms. For other organisms you have to see the details of incubations and concentrations related aspects. Like I have seen for S. aureus it works within 10 min. After that it get saturated and likely to get discolor and it didn't. It was not working with E. coli for same incubation, so need to optimize.

I want to use resazurine in my MIC and MBC tests. Did you get positive results from this practice? Is there a brand you specifically recommend for plate and incubator plate shaker?

Definitely, Resazurine (Resazurine Micro-titter Assay) is a standardized method and show a clear antimicrobial effects with free of doubt. if you need any help on the method let me know and I'll justify.

Is it necessary to add resazurin only in DPBS? I tried with sterile water, still achieved results in an hour.
