When you think how to prepare feasibility study , you must make scanning for environment  in both sides internal and external variables . the internal variables related to the case or firm or project itself  and explain the expectation of sales , expenses , cash flow  and income , analysis HR ............etc. External variables explain the market , competitors , economic factors , stability of laws .........etc.Then analysis these variables and determine the ( SW ) from internal analysis (OT ) analysis from external variables , to make SWOT analysis. Finally , determine the recommendations

to develop strategic plan you should clearly state out your Vision and Mission, objectives and goals, then you have to conduct environmental scan using SWOT Analysis, policies and strategies  then implementation of strategy.

Vission statement: the capacity to envisage future market trends and plan accordingly

Mission statement:  is a statement which is used as a way of communicating the purpose of the organization.

SWOT Analysis: (Strength of the organization, Weakness points of the organization )..

..... internal Environment analysis

(O: opportunitis: what are investment opprtunities can be reaped from the external enviroment.

T: threats that can be faced from the external envionment) . .......  External Envioment.

after that you will provide policies that can assisst you to utilize company strength points, and out-side investment opportunities and to avoid compnay weak points and community threats.

after that you can apply strategy by scheduling it into phases accompannied  with precise performance appraisal program like Balance ScoredCard etc. 

Don't forget what gets measured gets managed.also Your Objectve must smart i.e 

S= Specific M= Measurable A: Attainable R= realistic T= time-bounded

i) Scan the Environment

ii) Assess the Required Parameters for Project Execution 

iii) Do Proof of Concept with sample Input and observe output 

iv) Document every Step of the Process 

v) Suggested to have SWOT Analysis, Return on Investment Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis 

2) To have a Strategic Plan for Project: It is long term plan 

i) Ensure Project Strategic Plan in line with Organizational Strategic/Corporate Plan 

ii) Have Strategic Plan for HR, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering of the Project.

iii) Take inputs from the Project Team (Involve team members as well so that plan implementation will be smooth) 

iv) Evaluate plan and monitor performance at regular intervals.

v) Take necessary corrective actions based on project performance
