In Channel5 you can export after grain recognition a single orientation per discovered grain. I am sure you will find a similar possibility in OIM as well. However, this function has some drawback if your microstructure is inhomogeneous.

use highlight grain option, you can find it in the highlighting bar, hide all the points in the inverse figure , white color,. then select show highlighting for the figure .
