In the literature people have used agrobacterium mediated transformation of protoplasts for genome editing via CRISPR-Cas9 technology to transiently express the sgRNA-Cas9 cassette. For stble trans formation they use particle bombardment system.
I need to know isn't agrotransformation stable.
It is possible that T-DNA fragment integrates into some cells' genome through Agro-transformation (Agroinfiltration). However, as long as you don't attempt to recover stable-transformed lines, and don't go through the antibiotic-selection process, you will not obtain any stable lines (even if you have some T-DNA integrated cells). For performing Agroinfiltration, you just do agro-infection of the protoplasts, incubate a couple of days, collect the protoplasts, and then do analysis (ex., sequencing for CRISPR experiment) on the treated samples to see the final results. This is dubbed "transient assay'.

Agrobacterium-mediated transformation is not necessary used for producing 'stable' lines. For example, Agroinfiltration technique (using Agrobacterium as vector) is used for 'transient' assay. For example, transient expression of proteins in tobacco leaves (see attached picture).
Agroinfiltration: inject agrobacterium host a design vector into plant leaves; after couple of days, you harvest leaves for protein analysis (for example).
