I have a Macbook Air 2013 edition. It has 1.3 GHz Core i5 processor. Apple claims that it can perform unto 2.6 GHz speed with Turbo Boost technology. I want to achieve this speed on my Mac but I don't know how to configure it.
Haar matrix is very useful for mathematic as well as computer science. My question is that how Haar matrix is useful and why we are using? I just want to make an introductory note for my students.
