we apply only El Centro time history only in step2 . step fist as gravity load

Actually I don't know how do you mean for "El Centro".

Anyway if you prescribe only forces try to reduce them an see if the analysis completes.

You may also add some damping in order to stabilize the solution.

If you prescribe displacements try to switch to forces.
