I am currently collecting satellite images that will be used for the analysis of spatial changes of an urban development. I downloaded files from ESA Copernicus Open access hub, and each one cointains 6 .DAT files, which I have been unable to open or process.

I was suggested to use TerrSet, but I am unable to due to lack of funds for a license. Is there any way to work with these files on ArcGIS or QGIS? If not, is there any open software I can use for this?
