Is there any software or list for comparison of XRD patterns. Actually i am trying to synthesizing the same materials by different source and different methods in this regard I have to study their crystal structure and optic parameters.
Yes, there are many programs used to compare the different diffraction patterns obtained experimentally. Among the most used are: Match and Crystallographica - Search Match, but these programs use a PDF database somewhat expensive. There are another software like the Maud program that have a crystallography open database and you can find a lot of tutorials in youtube. In the http://www.ing.unitn.it/~maud/ link you can obtain the program and to get access to the database. I think that it is the best option to start studying your data.
Softwares like Match and X'pert High score are useful for matching the obtained XRD results. And you can also compare the XRD peak position to the standard ICDD data base.
